The Study on the Unsaponificable Substances of Scolopeudra sp.

Abstract
|
|
|
A cholesterol monohydrate was separated from unsaponificable parts of scolopendra sp.
Crude extract was obtained in dried scolopendra sp. with hat methanol and was conversed to ether.
Crude crystal was obtained by dehydration and concei cation. White crystalline compound was obtained by concentration and cooling after dissolve in ether.
Colorless needle crystal was obtained by the neutral alumina-colum chromatog raphy and recrystalligation method.
It´s pure substance come as colorless needle crystals meting at 148°0149°C and anal cald. for C27 H460 H2O.
